Jesse McGaffee
Jesse McGaffee is a Working Genius facilitator and the founder of Fast Lane Coach, based in Oregon's Rogue Valley. He is also a licensed Assemblies of God pastor with years of leadership as a music pastor, youth pastor, church administrator, and senior pastor. He coaches small teams, marriages, and individuals who are stuck in friction, drained energy, and the quiet problem of people sitting in the wrong seat. His work is simple: help people see how they are wired, communicate clearly, and get the right people doing the right work so the team can finally move.
Certified Working Genius Facilitator
Jesse holds the Working Genius certification from The Table Group, the team behind The 6 Types of Working Genius. He uses it to take individuals, couples and teams through the assessment and what to do with the results.
What working with Jesse is like
Plain talk
No jargon and no personality-test theatre. You will understand your results well enough to explain them to someone else.
Your situation
Sessions are about your work, your marriage or your team, not a slide deck. Bring the real problem.
Something to do next
Every session ends with a next step small enough to take this week.
Start with a conversation
