Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy a program from Fast Lane Coach, operated by Fast Lane Network LLC. What you are buying. Each program includes the Working Genius assessment for every participant and the coaching sessions listed on the program page: four one-hour sessions for Individual, two two-hour sessions for Couples, and one five-hour session for Teams. Program materials are provided for your own use. Payment. The full price is due at checkout. Team sessions are priced per person. Travel costs for in-person sessions are billed separately and agreed with you before the session. Scheduling. You book your own sessions from the link in your welcome email. If you need to move a session, please reschedule from your confirmation email or contact us as early as you can.
Refunds and cancellations
This is a summary of our Refund and Cancellation Policy, version 1.4, effective September 14, 2026. Ask for the full policy at any time and we will send it. Payment in full. Every program is paid in full at booking. We do not take deposits or run payment plans. Your date is reserved once payment is made. If you cancel. Send your request by email. Timing is measured against your first scheduled session, from when we receive your email. • 14 or more days before the first session: 100% of the unused program fee is refunded. • 7 to 13 days before the first session: 50% of the unused program fee is refunded. • Fewer than 7 days before the first session: no refund. You may ask for one reschedule instead. • After the first session has started: no refund. Assessments. Working Genius assessments are licensed from The Table Group. Once an assessment link has been issued to you, that fee cannot be refunded. "Unused program fee" means the price you paid, less any assessments already issued and any third-party costs already spent for your date. Rescheduling. One free reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours of written notice before the session. A second reschedule, or one with less than 48 hours of notice, may be treated as a cancellation. The new date must fall within 60 days of your original first session unless we agree otherwise in writing.
No-shows, pauses and how to ask
No-shows. If you are not present within 15 minutes of the start time and have not told us, the session counts as a no-show. A no-show uses that session and is not refunded. Two no-shows, or 10 business days without a reply after two written attempts to reach you, close the engagement with no refund. Couples and teams. If one partner cannot attend, the session may be held with the person who can, or rescheduled. For teams, the booking is for the team date. Per-person fees are not refunded for individual absences. Once work has started. Sessions already delivered are not refunded. If we agree to pause, unused sessions stay valid for 60 days. Events outside anyone's control. Illness, family emergency, severe weather and similar events are handled by rescheduling within 60 days first. If we cannot deliver, we refund the unused program fee. If we cancel. You choose a full refund of the unused program fee or a new date at no extra charge. Hardship. If a documented emergency lands inside the no-refund window, email us. We will consider a reschedule or partial refund case by case and answer in writing. How to ask. Email info@fastlane.coach with "Cancel / Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your name, the program and date, and what you are asking for. We confirm within two business days and complete approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please email us before disputing a charge with your card company. Results depend on participation. We do not refund because a team does not change or because you disagree with your Working Genius profile. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
